Ndio kusema katika urembo pamoja na kupiga vita sigareti uzito wa kuchusha nao lazima upigwe vita.

Namna rahisi na salama ya kupunguza tumbo

Alisema kuwa,kama unataka kupunguza tumbo kwa haraka basi punguza kula vyakula vyenye wanga na badala yake tumia mbogamboga na matunda kwa wingi.
Vyakula kama viazi mviringo, wali mkate hukaa tumboni kwa zaidi ya siku tatu, pia ulaji wa nyama nyekundu inasababisha kuongezeka uzito na pia huongeza ukubwa wa tumbo,vyakulahivyo vinatakiwa kutumiwa kwa kiasi kidogo sana.
"Kuna wakati tumbo linajitokeza na kuwa kubwa kuliko kawaida hali hiyo inasababishwa na kula vyakula vya wanga kwa wingi, kutokunywa maji ya kutosha na pia kula bila ya mpangilio maalum" anasema.
Anasema kuwa kama ntu anataka kupunguza mafuta au kuondoa kitambi anatakuwa kula milo mitatu kwa siku na si kujinyima kula kwa kudhani kuwa unaweza kupungua uzito.
"Vyakula vya wanga na mafuta ufanya mtu kunenepa, acha au kupunza kula vyakula vyenye wanga ili kupunguza mafuta yaliyozidi mwilini, mafuta yanaporundikana mwilini athari moja kubwa ni kuwa na tumbo kubwa." anasema.
Anasema kuwa,tumbo kuwa kubwa ni dhahiri kuwa chakula unachokula hakifanyi kazi inayotakiwa, kumekuwa na ziada mwilini na hii ziada inafanyika mafuta ambayo hujiwekesha akiba katika maeneo mbalimbali ya mwili.
"Kwa kuwa Chakula hiki cha ziada huwa hakitakiwi, mwili hukibadilisha na kuweka akiba katika mfumo wa mafuta kitaalamu kama glycogem.Unaweza kukabiliana na kuzidi kwa protini zinazoyeyushwa na kuwekwa katika akiba kwa mfumo huo wa mafuta"
Daktari huyo anasema kuwa, mtu mwenye tatizo hilo ni bora akapangilia mlo wake kwa siku.
"Asubuhi pata kifungua kinywa kilichokamilika, pata mlo wa mchana kama kawaida na usiku kula matunda tu kunaweza kufanya mwili wako uwe katika hali inayotakiwa.
